Cancellation and Refund Policy

At GVR Cabs, we strive to provide reliable and convenient service to our customers. To ensure transparency, please review our cancellation and refund policy.


1. Booking Confirmation and Advance Payment

  • A 10% advance payment is required to confirm your booking and secure a vehicle. This advance is non-refundable and is essential for booking confirmation and vehicle allotment.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    • Once a booking is confirmed with the 10% advance payment, any cancellation initiated by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No Refund on Cancellations: Due to operational and logistical commitments, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations regardless of the notice period provided.

3. No-Show Policy

  • No-Show: If the customer fails to arrive at the scheduled pickup location or is unavailable at the agreed time, the booking will be considered a no-show. No refund will be issued for no-shows.

4. Rescheduling Requests

  • Rescheduling (subject to availability): Customers may request to reschedule the booking to a different date or time. Approval for rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and may require additional charges.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Service Cancellations by GVR Cabs: In rare cases where we must cancel due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, vehicle issues), customers will be offered the choice of rescheduling or a full refund of the advance payment.

By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation and refund policy. GVR Cabs reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
